Neon Lancer Privacy Policy

Neon Lancer does not collect, store, or share any personal information. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Neon Lancer is a game made by Garios Rise, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers Neon Lancer on every platform where we release it, including iPhone and iPad, Android, and desktop computers through Steam.
Information we collect
We do not collect any information from you. Neon Lancer:
- —has no accounts, sign-in, or registration
- —has no advertising
- —has no analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting tools of its own
- —does not connect to the internet while you play
- —does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone
- —does not sell or share data with anyone, because we have none
If you use a game controller, the game reads its buttons and sticks only to let you play. That input is not saved or sent anywhere.
Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, Neon Lancer saves a small amount of game data on your own device. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. It includes:
- —your settings, such as controls, difficulty, sound and music levels, and display options
- —your high scores and the TOP 10 table, including the three-letter initials you choose to enter
- —which game loops you have unlocked
On iPhone, iPad, and Android, deleting Neon Lancer from your device deletes this data. On a computer, it is kept in the game’s own data folder, and you can delete that folder at any time.
App stores and platforms
You get Neon Lancer through a store run by another company, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam. That company may collect information when you download, buy, or update the game, under its own privacy policy. We do not control that information. Please read the privacy policy of the store you use.
Children’s privacy
Neon Lancer is suitable for players of all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. The initials entered on the TOP 10 table stay on the device and are never sent to us.
Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that uses information, such as an online leaderboard, we will update this policy before that feature is released. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy last changed.
